Hello to everyone in Arizona!!!
Are we blessed to be here or what!!! 2010 has been a wild ride with lots of ups and downs especially for small and medium size businesses. Everyone talks about how bad it is, but really there are opportunities everywhere in all shapes and sizes. In looking at the future and what it may bring, there are many companies and businesses out there that are trying to make a go of it.
I believe in supporting local whenever possible and love being here in the state of Arizona. Its not for everyone but certainly it is for a lot of people. Many statistics today reflect that there are several millions upon billions of Arizona dollars being spent in other states for some products and services that can be obtained locally. There are several lists out there all others supporting this effort should be applauded because its grass roots initiatives like this that make a difference to the ecomony. Every penny spent counts and can truly impact a business. Success may not happen over night but surely it can happen over time and since we live here, we have the time to support those local businesses.
To support that effort, I will be writing weekly about local businesses that have products or services to offer where the majority of the revenue obtained stays in Arizona. Again, the point here is to spend money with companys that are based in Arizona so that the revenue stays and is also spent in Arizona. It doesn't have to be 100%, but the more the better.
